Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring my own mat?
No! We provide mats free for members, or $3 rental for drop-ins. All our mats are sanitized after each use for your safety and comfort.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in freely. We recommend breathable fabrics, especially for our Hot Yoga classes. Avoid loose clothing that might get in your way during poses.
Is there parking available?
Yes! We offer free parking in our private lot located behind the building on South Congress Ave. Additional street parking is available nearby.
I'm a complete beginner. Which classes should I start with?
We recommend starting with our Hatha Yoga or gentle Vinyasa Flow classes. These are perfect for building strength and learning foundational poses. Plus, your first class is free!
How hot is your Hot Yoga class?
Our Hot Yoga classes are heated to 95-100°F with moderate humidity. This provides the benefits of heated practice while remaining accessible to most students. Please bring water and a towel!
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, our monthly unlimited memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual memberships require 60 days notice. We want you to practice with us because you love it, not because you're locked in!
What if I need to modify poses due to injury?
Our certified instructors are trained to offer modifications and alternatives for every pose. Please let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations before class starts - we're here to support your safe practice.
